Our sales people have over 50 years of combined hearth experience. We have a dedicated contractor sales account manager.

Our service department has a full-time service technician and a service dispatch coordinator.
We have two full-time warehouse managers who also support our installers in the field.
Full Time Certified Installers

Our full-time certified installers have worked for us for numerous years, we do not use sub-contractors to install our products. Our installers pride themselves on being polite, honest, qualified and personable. Should the unexpected occur during an installation, we keep extra parts in our cube vans to help ensure that your installation is completed in one day.
